Delivery

What happens once I have ordered?

As soon as you have confirmed and paid for your order, we start the process to get your piece of jewellery made especially for you if required or it shall be despatched within 2 working days if in stock.

How do I know when my order will be sent?

You will receive an email when your order is ready. You will then receive a dispatch confirmation or we will call you to discuss delivery at a suitable time for you.  

How will my order be delivered?

We use Royal Mail special insured delivery for all UK orders or our own in house transport by hand ( London Only)

How long will my order take?

We will do our best to have your items ready for dispatch within 3 days from when we receive payment or approved credit facilities. If due to special circumstances we are unable to do this we will be in touch to discuss your order. All invoices are due for payment within 7 days of despatch unless alternative arrangements are agreed by Nascoglobal Limited.

How do I track my order?

Once we’ve sent off your item to you, you will either receive an email from us or an email/text from the courier with tracking information.  

Returns & Refunds

For assistance on how to cancel or return your order we recommend you get in touch at contact@nascoglobal.com using the contact form here or using our live chat.  No products are to be returned without a returns authorisation number.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@nascoglobal.com and we shall issue a returns authorisation number and procedure and address for return depending upon the item

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address accompanying the return authorisation number that is issued

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
